At My Donuts Idaho, we draw inspiration from all over the world to create unique and delicious donuts. From classic American flavors to exotic spices and fruits, we are always experimenting with new combinations and techniques. We believe that there is no limit to what a donut can be.
We use only the finest ingredients in our donuts, sourced from local farmers and suppliers whenever possible. Our dough is made fresh every day, and we never use any preservatives or artificial flavors. We believe that the quality of our ingredients is reflected in the taste of our donuts.
Raised donuts and Cake donuts style. Raised donuts also called yeast donuts or just regular donuts are prepare more like bread. The dough is mixed with live yeast inside of it. Then a baker will kneed and shapes the donuts then put in a proofer to raise and then fry. Raise donuts are light and fluffy. Cake donuts are made out of cake donut batter. There is no yeast so there is no need to let them raise. Once cooked they are topped with various flavor icing and serve to the public.
